22dhk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 22dhk ("22dhk", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 22dhk website, games, betting markets, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses the Platform.

  You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each individual may hold only one registered account on 22dhk — multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited.

  Accurate Information

  All information provided during registration and in connection with your account must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. You must notify 22dhk promptly if any of your registered details change. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

  Not a Prohibited Person

  You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 22dhk or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors. You must not be registering for the purpose of fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the 22dhk Platform, you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, a chosen username, and a secure password. 22dhk will verify your mobile number as part of the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must not share your 22dhk account credentials with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 22dhk support immediately via live chat. 22dhk will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including choosing a weak password or sharing your login details with another party.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All deposits and withdrawals on 22dhk are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 22dhk supports the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International payment cards and foreign currency transfers are not currently supported. There are no currency conversion fees because all transactions are denominated and settled in BDT.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) as required by 22dhk's anti-fraud procedures. 22dhk reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 24 hours of approval.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

22dhk may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered. General bonus rules are set out below.

22dhk reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that are obtained through fraudulent means, including collusion or abuse of multiple accounts, will be voided and the associated account(s) suspended. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash unless they have been played through the applicable wagering requirement in full.

  Wagering Requirements

  Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the applicable promotion before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement will be clearly stated on each offer page. Failure to meet the rollover within the promotion's validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

  Game Contribution

  Different game categories contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game category will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

  Bonus Expiry

  All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain in your account after the expiry date will be automatically removed. The expiry date of each bonus will be shown in your account bonus section.

22dhk does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 22dhk makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included in it, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination and Suspension

22dhk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any conduct that 22dhk, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate, fraudulent, or harmful to the Platform or its users. Upon termination for breach, any funds held in your account in excess of your verifiable net real-money deposits may be forfeited.

10. Amendments to These Terms

22dhk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 22dhk will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
